MI Emirates Squad ILT20: Full player list of MI Emirates (Mumbai Indians) franchise in UAE T20 league. MI Emirates announces players for inaugural edition, Kieron Pollard and Dwayne Bravo head list. The MI Emirates on 12th August announced their first list of signings with Kieron Pollard and Dwayne Bravo heading the list of 14 players for the upcoming inaugural edition of International League T20 (ILT20) UAE.

MI Emirates Abu Abu Dhabi: Abu Dhabi Are you ready to cheer the MI Team of Emirates? Abu Dhabi ILT20 team is officially called as “MI Emirates”.

MI Emirates: ILT20 League team of Abu Dhabi is called as “MI Emirates”. The Abu Dhabi team names that will adorn the iconic blue and gold of the team as well.

Reliance Industries Limited, the owners of Mumbai Indians, on Wednesday unveiled the names of the two franchises that recently joined the MI family.

The new entities take the iconic Mumbai Indians identity and weaves in the local influence of Abu Dhabi of Emirates.

Inaugural International League T20 (ILT20 Abu Dhabi): If you love cricket, then be prepared to be hit for six as the Emirates Cricket Board (ECB) has confirmed the launch of the inaugural International League T20 (ILT20).

ILT20 Abu Dhabi: The league will see six franchises take to the creases of the world-class cricketing venues all over the UAE. With 34 matches scheduled for the first season, the tournament is hoping to provide a platform for Emirates Cricket to develop local talent and offer then the opportunity to train and play alongside some of the world’s best minds of today’s game.

International League T20: The Emirates Cricket Board will conduct the inaugural International League T20 from January 6 to February 12, 2023, with three IPL franchises owning outfits in the six-team league.

The sixteam franchise-style League will be played over a 34-match schedule at world-renowned, world-class venues in UAE.

The much-anticipated UAE T20 league, featuring 6 teams from some of the renowned franchise owners in cricket, has been named International League T20. The inaugural edition of the league will be played from January 6 to February 12.

Rules

Eight out of eleven players on each team can be overseas players, which will be significantly higher than the four or five overseas-player-limit of other major T20 leagues.

ECB Statement about ILT20

“The six-team franchise-style League will be played over a 34-match schedule at world-renowned, world-class venues of UAE. The first event is scheduled to be played between the window of 6th January and 12th February 2023,” the Emirates Cricket Board said in a statement.

The ILT20 is certainly going to attract big names as Reliance Strategic Business Ventures, a subsidiary of the owners of Mumbai Indians, the Knight Riders, the owners of the Kolkata Knight Riders, the GMR group, who co-own Delhi Capitals, Capri Global, Lancer Capital, owners of Manchester United Premier League club, and Adani Sportsline are set to own a team each.

Zee has bagged global media rights contract with UAE T20 cricketing league. UAE’s T20 League today announced the signing of a long-term global media rights’ contract with Zee. The league will air exclusively on Zee’s linear channels as well as its OTT platform Zee5 across the world.

UAE T20 League matches will air across Zee’s 10 linear channels in the HSM (Hindi Speaking Markets), South and East regions in English, Hindi, and Tamil languages. The League will also be simultaneously streamed Live on Zee5, and on radio globally.
